Helping businesses monitor and manage their telecom usage across the enterprise, ISI’s Infortel Select 8.1 Telecom Reporting Application was officially compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.0.1.
Eric Rossman (News - Alert), vice president of Developer Relations at Avaya, stated, “By offering compliance testing to the many innovative companies like ISI who are members of our DevConnect program, Avaya promotes interoperable solutions that help businesses unleash powerful new possibilities. As a result, Avaya customers are able to connect employees and customers to information from wherever they are, over whatever device they have available – getting more out of their multivendor network and delivering new value to their bottom line.”
As a member of the Avaya DevConnect program, ISI helps to develop solutions that will be interoperable with Avaya technology, and as a Gold member of the program, the company submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test lab.
