Etelesolv will manage telecom resources for Quebec police organization Surete du Quebec and has signed a contract to this end.
Etelesolv, a Canada based Telecom Expense Management (TEM) specialist notes that Surete du Quebec is the only Quebec police organization to have jurisdiction over all of Quebec.
Surete du Quebec features more than 5000 police officers in its ranks province-wide and carries out a wide variety of mandates for the benefit of people.
Etelesolv won this contract in a competitive bid, which according to a release was part of government tender to supply an integrated management system for telecom products and services.
This bid won over others due to the vast experience Etelesolv has in dealing with government agencies and large multinational corporations. As per the contract, the company will now deliver its software platform Telemanager to manage telecom resources within the government organization.
TeleManager is Etelesolv's flagship product, which consolidates both business intelligence and operational processes around telecom and IT services while helping clients manage multiple suppliers.
The proven solution achieves cost visibility for wireless and includes functionality to load invoices, inventory, employee information, and produce charge backs. The implementation of Telemanager can also be configured to automate Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects (MACDs) for wireless devices within an organization.
Etelesolv was in the news last month when it signed a TEM deal with CAE, a global specialist in modeling, simulation and training for civil aviation and defense.
Under this deal, Etelesolv will deploy its flagship product Telemanager to manage wireless devices within the company.
