Metropolis Technologies to Demo Latest Tele-management and Call Accounting Apps

Metropolis Technologies (News - Alert) has said that it’ll participate in the Technology Solutions (News - Alert) Forum at the 2012 Cisco Collaboration Summit, scheduled to be held from October 15th – 17th at the JW Marriott Marquis in Los Angeles, CA.
The company intends to demonstrate its latest tele-management and call accounting applications, developed to integrate seamlessly into Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) solutions. For Cisco, the company’s product line includes OfficeWatch Telemanagement and ProfitWatch Call Accounting.
Cisco Unified Communications products connect people, information, and teams, helping to enable comprehensive and effective collaboration. Company officials said that OfficeWatch Telemanagement and ProfitWatch Call Accounting can be found in the Cisco (News - Alert) Developer Network Marketplace.
With OfficeWatch Telemanagement, businesses can easily track all calls within the enterprise to determine employee productivity and prevent against unauthorized phone usage. The application includes an automatic report scheduler which configures an unlimited number of reports to be emailed, printed or archived on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. OfficeWatch also offers 911 alert notifications and toll fraud detection tools to help businesses reduce their liability and expenses.
Touted as a user-friendly call accounting application, ProfitWatch has been designed to meet the needs of property managers and the hospitality client. It comes with multi-site capabilities and real-time billing, enabling companies to generate additional revenue as well as reduce expenses via flexible tenant/guest rate billing, increased staff productivity and eliminated phone abuse.
The Technology Solutions Forum brings together top Cisco Solutions providers and partners from around the globe. At the event, attendees can view a live demo of OfficeWatch and ProfitWatch at Metropolis’ Technology Solutions kiosk, according to company officials.
Last month, Metropolis Technologies offered detailed call accounting, tracking and reporting information for one of the high priority research offices of the United States Department of Agriculture ( USDA).
