ISI Showcases Call Accounting and Video Recording Solutions to Cisco Partners

ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement has been a leader in the call accounting, telecom analytics and expense management industry for more than 25 years. In that time it has helped its clients save tremendous amounts of money, and it has developed relationships with many industry leaders, working in partnership with companies like Avaya and Microsoft. ISI also partners with Cisco (News - Alert), and this week, the call accounting company will be taking part in the Cisco Partnership Summit in Los Angeles from October 15 to October 17.
At the event, ISI will be demonstrating a number of its solutions. Focusing on Device Level Reporting, the representatives from ISI will show how to get a quick and immediate return on investment and encourage collaboration. With the Jabber + Single Number Reach solution, ISI customers can determine user utilization on their Unified Communications (News - Alert) Manager and with other collaboration devices, such as those brought to work by employees.
In addition, ISI will show how its Hosted Collaboration Solution can help companies properly charge back their customers’ Feature Group licensing usage and provide end users with usage-based reporting options, thereby adding additional revenue.
ISI will discuss its integrated solution, which brings together voice and immersive video recording and incorporates silent monitoring and whisper coaching, either inside or outside the contact center.
In other recent news, ISI relaunched its website with new features and a new user interface. ISI has updated the site to be more modern and efficient, providing more dynamic and interactive experience for users.
