ISI Announces Infortel CRM Infuze - Integrates Call Accounting & Reporting, and Call & Video Recording Solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Today, ISI released Infortel CRM Infuze, a product that combines features of two of its existing solutions while also achieving full integration from within Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM.
Users of the new solution will have access to all features of the Infortel Select and Verba platforms, while adding the ability to report on call tendencies and providing access to archived calls. Infortel CRM Infuze is designed to help customer-facing groups such as sales and customer service representatives. It gives them the chance to record calls, track activity, and access the recording quickly and easily. The solution will help give agents a complete picture of communication activities and will allow users to track and monitor calls from both mobile phones and softphones.
