Guardtime Announces Partnership with CAT Buzz and CloudSec Asia

Guardtime recently joined forces with CloudSec Asia, an international information security firm and CAT Buzz, a communications agency of Thailand, to develop solutions for the Thai market to validate the integrity of electronic documents.

Officials said that Guardtime’s solution helps customers to have an independently verifiable tamper-evident audit trail for all the electronic documents that company creates, transmits and archives.

In a statement, Guardtime CEO Mike Gault said, “Dematerialization is a requirement of the day and explosion in customer interest in our electronic document solutions from all parts of the world is a testimony of that. We’re thrilled to be working together with our partners in the Thai market to enable trust for electronic documents.”

“With the majority of today’s document exchange being electronic, it is important to have the ability to track the document’s origin as well as to ensure that the document’s contents are in its original form,” said Nuththinun Suksomphong, CEO of CAT Buzz.

To facilitate independent verification of the signatures and to ensure that the proof of integrity never expires, the Guardtime solution for securing electronic documents takes advantage of Keyless Signature technology.

Rapidly deployable on its own, the Guardtime solution incorporates KSI Desktop Signer for end-users.

It is also capable of complementing existing document management systems and offers a completely transparent user experience for electronic document protection.

In related news, Guardtime, the premier provider of keyless signature technology for validating the integrity and authenticity of digital data, has been selected by Philippine Department of Transportation and Communications, for authenticating the reliability and genuineness of digital data.
