ISI Telemanagement Solutions, Inc. to Attend 2013 Nexus IS Kickoff Event

ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement Solutions will be attending this year’s Nexus IS Kickoff Event, as well as the show itself, on January 23rd & 24th in Anaheim, CA (News - Alert).
The event, which focuses on bringing together sales and engineering associates, will educate and update attendees on organizational changes and core practices within Nexus IS. By being present at the Kickoff, ISI will have a chance to interact with Nexus IS staff and other attendees, and will be sharing information on product releases and updates.

While there, ISI will be discussing their flagship Call Reporting product, Infortel® Select, and how the solution works and interacts within both the Cisco and Microsoft (News
- Alert) Lync® environments. This is a great opportunity to teach and share how Infortel® Select can operate on the various platforms, especially with the recent announcement of Microsoft Lync® compatibility.
On top of that, ISI will have a focus on VoIP Call & Video Recording, and how this new technology can greatly improve productivity throughout a company. Sharing the importance of this tool will help illustrate benefits of increasing workflow while decreasing costs.
