Veramark’s VeraSMART eCAS Call Accounting 10.3 has been rated Avaya (News - Alert) Compliant.

VeraSMART eCAS Call Accounting is a browser-based solution that helps organizations gain insight into telecom usage and gain control over telecom spending. Compatible with TDM, IP or hybrid networks, VeraSMART eCAS enables users to collect, analyze and report on call activity and expenses, providing the data necessary to make informed business decisions.

VeraSMART eCAS makes it easy to create and distribute customized reports, perform inbound and outbound traffic analysis, track client and project billing, assign costs, identify toll fraud and abuse, and measure productivity of call centers and individuals. Configurable dashboards let users monitor key data trends at a glance.

The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager and Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.2.

“Veramark has consistently produced high quality call accounting products with functionality complementary to Avaya’s voice solutions. With our focus on reducing telecom reporting distractions, VeraSMART has broad appeal across all businesses, because it returns time, savings, and security to those businesses,” said Kari Bittner, director, telephony and communications products, Veramark, in a statement.

“Ensuring that VeraSMART eCAS Call Accounting is compliant with Avaya Aura is another example of the way we help our mutual customers maximize the value of their investment in Avaya technology,” said Bittner.

Veramark Technologies is a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) program.  The program promotes the development, compliance-testing and co-marketing of innovative third-party products that are compatible with standards-based Avaya solutions. As a technology partner, Veramark is eligible to submit products for compliance testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and test lab.

“By participating in Avaya’s compliance testing program and committing to open standards, development partners like Veramark are helping businesses get more out of their network investment,” said Eric Rossman (News - Alert), vice president, developer relations, Avaya.

“Our customers use VeraSMART to quickly answer a wide range of telecom usage and expense questions, allowing them to focus more attention on their larger communications projects and build their bottom line,” said Rossman.
