Ingram Micro's IM Solution Centers Equipped with VeraSMART Call Accounting Solutions

Ingram Micro’s (News - Alert) IM Solution Centers in Buffalo, NY and Santa Ana, CA, have been equipped with the VeraSMART wireline and wireless call accounting software. With this move, the company hopes to help clients meet their customers’ unique needs by utilizing the latest call accounting technology.

Ingram Micro solution centers boast a wide range of products and solutions in key technologies, including virtualization, server/storage, security, networking, digital signage, IP communications, mobility, IP surveillance and more. The centers cater to the needs of IT solution providers who sell into the small-to-midsize, enterprise and consumer electronics markets.

The VeraSMART call accounting solutions for landline and mobile devices are designed to help telecom managers eliminate daily reporting distractions and keep their focus on larger telecom projects. The VeraSMART wireline call accounting software can be used to combine, simplify and share users’ landline telecom activity data, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Meanwhile, the VeraSMART wireless call accounting software is intended to be a money-saving tool for companies that utilize wireless telecom devices such as cell phones and smart phones for business communications.

The software is said to be compatible with Cisco (News - Alert) Unified Communications Manager, Cisco CME/UC500, Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya Aura Session Manager, Avaya IP Office, Avaya’s former Nortel PBX brands, Microsoft Lync, ShoreTel, Siemens (News - Alert), and many other telephony PBX manufacturers.
