AOTMP Award Recognizes MOBI's Service Level

November 10, 2017

Mobility management platform MOBI has received the AOTMP Telecom Management Industry Award for Service Level Performance. The MOBI solution enables businesses to centralize, understand, and control their device ecosystems.

This solution was selected as a candidate for the award through a public nomination process. It was named a winner by conference enterprise panelists.

These panelists assessed the MOBI platform based on its first-call resolution rate, speed to answer support calls, and platform availability or uptime. MOBI consistently exceeded all three of these service level performance metrics.

“MOBI is honored to be recognized by AOTMP and its enterprise panelists for our ability to consistently exceed service level performance agreements with our customers,” said Josh Garrett, President and Co-Founder of MOBI. “This award showcases how MOBI not only innovates when it comes to developing an industry-leading mobility management platform, but ensures that its customers receive world-class support—whether it’s making sure an issue is resolved on the first contact, guaranteeing all calls are answered within a set amount of time, or ensuring our customers receive uninterrupted service from our software.”

A G2 (News - Alert) Crowd blog earlier this year explained that mobile device management and mobile application management solutions focus on what company data and assets employees are accessing at any given time.

“An EMM platform is concerned with the logistics that go into that what and why. The nimbleness of the platform is key, especially when it comes to the deployment and upkeep of any mobile applications or infrastructure,” G2 Crowd explains. “Additionally, EMM tools bundle together tracking and analysis into the platform, which offers employers a more in-depth and substantial understanding of how their employees are using their mobile devices for work. It does so by picking and choosing the best of both worlds — the bring your own device freedom of MDM and the discreteness of MAM — and then filling in the gaps with support and compliance.”
