F&S Awards Avaya for Business Success, Innovation

Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) has recognized Avaya Holdings Corp. with its 2018 Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award in the Latin America Enterprise Communications Industry.

In conveying the award, the research and consulting firm noted Avaya’s (News - Alert) success in building stronger brand positioning, customer satisfaction, and market share. And it mentioned Avaya’s effective cloud communications strategy and innovation.

On the product front, Frost & Sullivan mentioned Avaya’s development of a virtual agent named Avaya Ava. This solution leverages analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to allow businesses to engage with their customers via chat, messaging, and social media.

Frost & Sullivan also mentioned Avaya’s integration of enhanced team collaboration abilities in its Equinox Meeting Online conferencing client. Additionally, it noted the company’s Avaya Private Cloud Services and “Powered by” program. APCS is a set of applications and remote managed services delivered via the cloud to support hybrid clouds, private clouds, and premises-based systems. Powered by Avaya IP Office helps customers migrate to the cloud.
